Steel Challenge 1 of 8 stages

When we came up with the Steel Challenge 1 of 8 stages package we knew it would be a great set for Steel Challenge practice!

This package contains enough targets, bases and caps to set up any one of the eight official Steel Challenge stages. Add the customer supplied shooting boxes and 2 x 4 post and you are ready to run.

Just like you’ve come to expect, we laser cut all of these steel target plates from 3/8″ HEXALLOY 550 steel.

The caps that hold the plates on an HEXALLOY 550 hook slip over a 2×4.  This which means you can cut the 2×4 to any length you’d like or to the exact SCSA specs.

We welded all of these bases with a tube steel cup to hold the 2×4.  This set up hold the target securely for reliability and fun. Contrary to what you might think, 2×4’s take a lot of hits from near misses to the targets.  They’ll will last quite a while, but it’s always good to have a couple of spares on hand.  You should be able to run one set of 2×4’s for several thousand rounds.  To get even more life out of the 2×4’s you can turn them upside down, and front to back when they start to get chewed up!  The good news is, the more you shoot, the better you’ll get and the less misses you’ll have which means you’ll buy less 2×4’s!!

Shooting boxes are sold separately.

Outer Limits uses 3x 4’ boxes
Showdown uses 2x 3’ boxes
All other stages use 1x 3’ box

You can set up any one of these stages: Showdown, Smoke & Hope, Outer Limits, Speed Option, The Pendulum, 5 to Go, Roundabout and Accelerator.
